Who you are
15+ years of relevant professional experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role with direct technical responsibility at either at a best-in-class enterprise or high growth startup.
A minimum of 5 years of experience leading a team of 30+ individuals either direct or matrixed.
A collaborative leader with experience hiring, training, and managing effective teams
Proven track record of implementing improvement initiatives and coaching individuals to their next level.
Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, Kubernetes, AWS, and Agile/Scrum/Lean principles and practices highly desirable.
